Daylilies

This is one of two paintings that I just delivered to Brath & Hughes Gallery for their Feburary floral exhibit.  I actually started this last summer when the lilies in my yard were in their glorious bloom, but then I got busy with other projects and the painting was pushed aside for awhile.  The prospect of this exhibit prompted me to finally finish the piece.

There is an opening reception at the gallery on  Friday the 3rd and the show will hang through the month of February.
